Please share this on your FB page. Please.
Today is my birthday. 53 years and still killin' it. I grew up in a great place, made great life long friends. Played in a rock 'n' roll band (what a great decade). Graduated UCLA (not sure how!). Opened the greatest club of the 90's, The Electric Ballroom. Married the greatest woman ever. Lost everything and started all over again. Life is a journey, not a destination. I work too hard. I don't take care of myself as I should. I stress. But I have a beautiful wife. I have a b...eautiful home. I have two beautiful kids. I'm not done yet. I have tons to be thankful for, but I do have a birthday wish; Please share this fundraiser for a sweet baby, Damien, who is dying from cancer. He won't get to live a life like mine, but your donations will allow him extra treatments and for his family to afford to be around him all the time, loving him so that when he passes, all he's known will be love.
Please share this fundraiser on your page. It really helps a lot!
Please share this fundraiser. Strangers are often the most generous.
Please share.. this guitar goes to the first person who donates $200 to the fundraiser. CONTACT ME BEFOREHAND to make sure it's not been taken. I'd hate for you to be not have confirmed and have someone else get it.
PM me first to make sure you're the first, but the next person to donate $200 wins this guitar!
Please help with this fundraiser. Poor Damien will need all the love, support and comfort he can find.
Your prayers and support are appreciated.
On this day, in 1776, The United States declared it's Independence. 50 years later, on this date in 1826, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams died. Two of the greatest minds of their time completed their lives exactly 50 years after their vision of a new country began. It's prophetic. I dare say they'd both be ashamed of what has happened to our freedoms. They'd be proud of our accomplishments, but would recognize those accomplishments are fleeting in comparison to the framework ...they created later. We may be a beacon of hope and "freedom" to most of the world, but we have created a Gordian Knot of excessive regulations, cronyism, self interest and centralized power that will destroy us. Please learn more about the intent of our Founding Fathers. It's not that they weren't charitable, gracious men that favored personal liberty over universal healthcare, etc. They were magnificently charitable because they knew that charity at the end of a gun is not that. They knew that, given the opportunity, people will rise up to care for one another willingly. If you are an American, embrace the basics and respect one another. If you think Europe or South America is so great, go for it. We look forward to hearing from you, but a real American loves his country, not necessarily his government, and embraces freedom, not regulation.
