The (completely justified) increasing popularity of deep frying the Thanksgiving Turkey has (unfortunately) also led to a correlated increase in burns due to skipping a crucial step in the deep frying process. That is PROPERLY MEASURING THE OIL BEFORE YOU FRY THE TURKEY. BEFORE YOU FRY YOUR TURKEY - Follow the link in our profile for a tutorial on how to make sure you don’t have too much oil in the pot before you drop the bird. A little bit of a late post but today was a training day. On a recent stint of orders, our one co-founder was able to visit the Marine Corps Museum and see both flags raised over Mt. Surbachi during the Battle of Iwo Jima. The image of the flag raising has become one of the most recognizable and iconic photos the world over in no small measure because of the reputation and esteem the United States Marine Corps has earned to that breadth as the finest fighting force the world has known. It’s been said, You can join the Army, Navy, or Air Force but you become a Marine. To those that have been reborn Green we wish you a very Happy 245th Birthday.
