Soaring Eagles Taekwondo Academy

This is a sad day for the Soaring Eagles family. Mark and Gina Mark Quevedo lost their oldest son Jeremiah this week. Jeremiah is shown here holding his little siblings. The whole family trained and worked at our Pinole location for years. Every time Jeremiah stepped in the dojang he was the epitome of respect and humility. He served his country proudly as a member of the armed forces. I ask every SETA family member to keep the Quevedo family in your prayers.

End of the month game and costume day. We had everything from Bull riders to GoKu to Lady Sharks and the Flash. Love these students.

In 1984 I was invited to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs along with all the top U.S. Taekwondo fighters at that time. It was the first time martial Arts other than Judo was allowed to train at the center. A definite highlight in my TKD career.

Proud of every students that tested yesterday. Not everyone got their belts yet, but I have no doubt they will get them very soon. Hard work pays off.
