Yoga for Kids starts today! See you at Exhale! 3:00-3:45 (ages 4-7) 4:00-5:00 (ages 9-12) There are still a few spots left if you have yet sign up!

Classes start next Monday! There are still a few spaces available in each class! Please pre-register your child and do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have. Monday: 3:00-3:45 (ages 4-7) 4:00-5:00 (ages 9-12)... Wednesday: 4:00-4:45 (ages 5-8) Class descriptions are available on this page. Books, stories, and games will make yoga fun and accessible for the younger age groups! Meditation and mindfulness will be incorporated into each session. The benefits of yoga are endless for children (and adults!) I'm looking forward to sharing this practice with your children!
