Mark recently listed a property in Huntington Beach for $1.2 Million, a high price tag for any home. He recieved calls from agents, contractors, buyers, sellers, and basically anyone who had some spare time to tell him he was out of his mind and "It wont sell for that price". But Mark wasn't going to settle for anything less than getting his client top dollar. Even if that meant he was going to be laughed at for having "pipe dreams".... Market value is determined when a buyer and a seller agree on a price of a subject property, object, or item. Not by someone's opinion of a price point. Moral of the story is "stick to your guns when you need to get something done". You may be mocked or laughed at but all that matters is your mission and the completion of it.
