CLOSING DAY!! If you are wondering why my clients look so small, it’s because this family’s new house is so big! In fact, this is officially the largest home I have sold so far, almost 3400 ft.! Many of you have noticed the homes I am selling in Morgan Hill and the truth is you can afford a much larger home in this beautiful town than anywhere in San Jose, Campbell or Los Gatos.
