We do catering for any event from family gathering, birthdays, baptisms, quinceneras, and weddings. It doesn't matter how big or small event is we are ready to ...make your event more relaxing and less stressful. We need at least a week in advance notice. We have Smoked Tri tip and Smoked Ribs but we can smoke anything you want from pulled pork to chicken etc... We also offer different sides from homemade potato salad ,rice, macaroni salad, chill beans or salad and plates, napkins for 50-60 guest. It includes 2 hrs of service. Winter time is slow for us so will be back in May sometime maybe cinco de mayo in dinuba but we still do partys and events so give us a call if you need your party or event catered thanks everyone and have a Merry Christmas :)
