Have you ever wanted to live in a castle? It’s not often a company like ours is asked to take on a Design/Build remodel the likes of which has never been done before. This is the story of my good fortune in being asked to do just that, in this case, to remodel a group of 1970’s California stucco homes into a...12th century stone-walled castle (think Alice in Wonderland or Harry Potter’s castle complete with turrets and flags flying!). Work on this project, including permitting and design, has been underway for three years and is just now getting into construction. Stay tuned, more pictures to come.
