Emergency Rental Assistance Program Accepting Applications Apply Now through January 4, 2021 Post Date: 12/22/2020 The City of Santa Clara is pleased to announce that the City’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is accepting additional applications into its Round 2 Program on a rolling basis starting on Monday, December 21, until Monday, January 4. ... When the Application Submission period closes on January 4, pre-eligible applicants will receive an email invitation to upload household information and documentation that supports income and asset information stated in the initial application. Please note: All applications are subject to final review and available funding. Pre-eligibility applications can be accessed here: SantaClaraCA.gov/RentRelief In preparation for next steps, please start gathering the following documents: Two (2) forms of proof of residency (e.g., driver’s license, recent utility bill, recent bank statement, etc.) A Copy of your lease agreement and/or amendment. Pay stubs for ALL persons in the household over the age of 18 for the months of September, October, November, and December of 2020. Unemployment Benefits Statement for ALL persons receiving unemployment. Statement must show amount being received. ALL pages of ALL types of bank statements (e.g. savings, checking, PayPal, Apple Pay, investment accounts) for ALL persons in the household over the age of 18 from the months of September, October, November, and December of 2020. 2019 Tax Returns (only if self-employed).
