October Houseplant Superstar: Dracaena Dracaena (also known as Dragon Tree and Corn Plant) are some of the easiest indoor plants to grow. Ideal for living rooms, desks, and tabletops, they’ll add a glossy pop of color everywhere. There are so many Dracaena varieties available, and all flourish in bright, indirect light. Bonus: they’re on NASA’s list for top air-cleaning plants.

Ode to Tillandsia! These tropical plants in the Bromeliad family can grow almost anywhere; in a bowl, vase, tucked into a wreath, or even a seashell.

Who needs a botanical pick me up? A table full of fragrant pansies should do the trick!
