This while making every effort to accomplish a successful sellout sale, yielding the most monies possible on behalf of the family. Our extensive client base, combined with staging/presentation, marketing/promotional efforts and our exemplary staff enable us to d...o just that. Again, we are committed to relieving the family of this burden, allowing them to simply grieve, while we handle the rest. We are also extremely well versed in working with Probate Attorneys, Real-Estate Agents and State Appointed Executors. Estates by Gary and Wendy are happy to visit you or your loved ones home and consult with you on the most efficient and effective way to handle your specific estate requirements. There is no fee, our visit is complimentary. Also, if we can not accommodate your needs, we will refer you to someone we know who can. We do offer appraisal services as well, at a nominal fee. In the event your family has only a few items to sell and an estate sale is not justified or desired, we will buy one piece or 100 at the fairest price possible. Additionally, if we come to you and we can not use the items, we will refer you to someone who can.
