Spring is aroud the corner and we cannot wait for wedding season! If you have attened a wedding at Hakone Gardens, chances are that we catered for you! It is such a beatiful venue!

Last week Jazz Pharmaceuticals celebrated Lunar New Year and Black History month. We served our healthy and delicisious Bibimbap! Typically you see 3-4 vegetables but we got with 10! They compliment each other so you get a spoonful of flavor!

Another one! Bibimbap is a favorite this season! You love eating it, we love making it! Jonesday loves it so much, they order it on a monthly basis!

Thank you Lightpoint for having us! For catering we made our special bibimbap! A very healthy and quick meal. We use 10 different types of vegetables and 3 types of protein. Served with brown or white rice. My favorite part is the mushroom! So tasty, savory with a hint of sweetness!

Just one more day until Chef Eric heads to #PebbleBeach to create delicious food for the attendees of the Annual Golf Pro-Am! He will be serving one of his specialties, Pacific Rim style!
