Botanical Frosting 101! Super simple and super yummy, homemade frosting for your winter and holiday baking. Play around with the herbs, fat and sweetener. For this I used: 1C room temperature Coconut Oil... 1/2-1 C maple syrup 1Tbls Rose Petals 1Tbls Hibiscus Flowers 1tsp Cinnamon power I ground the flowers into a powder and combined everything in a bowl. I used an electric hand blender but I think a standup high powered one would whip it up even better. I was ok with this consistency for now. This one is vegan but you could also use ghee or butter and honey for your fat and sweetener ENJOY!!
