If you're waiting to mail your Postcards To Swing States cards, the mailing date has been moved up. You can now mail them as soon as Wed 12/23 "Please mail your postcards to Georgia between 12/23 and 12/26 (rather than 12/26-12/28). We're confident postcards mailed on 12/26 will still arrive in time, but mailing them sooner will still be inside the window when they'll be most effective. The closer these arrive to Jan 4 the better, as our postcards are geared toward i...ncreasing election day turnout on Jan 5, and early voting ends in December. Packages are far more delayed than first class letters/postcards right now, but regular mail is also slower than normal. We rely on weekly USPS performance reports to Congress, which include data on first class mail into Georgia, as well as a breakdown of on-time (1-3 days), four, five and six+ day thresholds. Nationally, 98% of single-piece first class mail is taking six days or fewer right now. Our revised mailing dates are 7-9 business days before the election.
