Dec 17th, Soroptimists of Pomona Claremont revealed their "inner elves" in support the women of Crossroads. We enjoyed our annual Christmas Party with great food, games, music, and friendship! Crossroads is an organization, that for 45 years, has provided HOPE and HOME for previously incarcerated women. Their vision is for these women to THRIVE in the larger community.

SI Pomona Claremont members were able to help 8 families (44 children) by providing clothing, shoes, and toys for Christmas. The recipients have been selected from the Pomona Unified School district based on specific criteria. The generosity and hard work of these women define the heart of a Soroptimist!

Congratulations to the House of Ruth, Inc. in the City of Pomona, celebrating their 39th year and to the Soroptimist International of Pomona Claremont on their 70th year. Thank you for serving our communities.

SI Pomona Claremont celebrated 70 years of service at their Anniversary Party on April 9th. The evening was a celebration of the club and took place at the Pomona Historical Society at the Ebell Club. Read more at our website: http://soroptimistpc.org
