Construction Scams: In times like this we hear a lot of fraud, and identity theft scams as well as just people taking advantage of those who are vulnerable, or open themselves up to them. When doing your home projects, please make sure you are working with a true professional in the trade. Find a reputable company that has been in the business for many years and a history of reviews. Hire only licensed contractors and check their license. Keep in mind, many people have lost... jobs and are working outside their scope to feed their family, while I understand the idea of trying to work to feed your family, scamming people isn't the way to go about it. Stay inside, stay safe and stay sane!

COMING SOON! We're taking over the bay. We are in the middle of putting our own flooring into our NEWEST showroom. Oakland Simple Floors' lease at 1235 Grand Ave, Piedmont Ca 94610 Immediately next to the ACE that's been there for 50 years, was signed a couple of weeks ago. Floors are going in, Graphics are being printed. Signage is being made. Be on the lookout for the announcement of Ribbon cutting and Grand Opening at this location. Looking forward to serving our East Bay communities and of course, to seeing you all there!
