Weekly Yoga Classes Offered In Portola

Hello Everyone--I realize I haven't posted for awhile. I have been away with a health issue and am healing well and will be back teaching yoga soon. Cindy Noble has been a great support and I am grateful to her for stepping in and helping me out through this challenging time. I am delighted many of you have shown up and continued your weekly yoga practice. The Monday 9:00 - 10:00 AM Yoga Class will discontinue on July 1, 2019. Please be sure to show up this coming Monday,... June 24th, 9:00 AM Yoga Class for the final morning class at this time. The Thursday, 5:30 - 6:45 PM Yoga Class will continue at the Education Center at EPHC, in Portola and will be offered by donation only. Should a location arise, we may again pick up a second class. There will be no Thursday 5:30 PM evening class tonight, June 20th at the 5:30 PM time as Cindy is out of town. Thank you all for your support of continued yoga practice here in Portola! I am looking forward to seeing everyone at yoga tomorrow morning, Monday 9:00 - 10:00 AM at the Portola Wellness Center. Cindy Noble, a Certified Yoga Instructor and friend, will fill in for me for the upcoming classes, beginning this Thursday, 4/25 at 5:30 PM through until the of May. Cindy will continue instructing both the Monday 9:00 AM at the Portola Wellness Center and Thursday 5:30 PM at the EPHC Education Center, while I am away. Namaste, Laurel
