Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed today! Thoughts?

Our services extend far beyond her initial pregnancy test. As a licensed medical clinic, we offer medical services with professionals that will leave her feeling assured and fully taken care of properly. We are continually looking for ways to expand our services to meet the needs of patients throughout her pregnancy and into her journey to motherhood. Her life isn't over after a positive pregnancy test -- it is only just beginning. Hop...e. Starts. Our very own Director of Reproductive Grief Care and Education, Tanya Flores, is going to be featured on this year’s Tethered Summit: Exploring the intersection of grief, loss, faith, doubt, wholeness, and hope that remains. This conference is a five day online event October 21-25, 2020. You can watch on your own time! What if we give ourselves permission to name our grief? And what if our crisis could become a catalyst for flourishing with wholeness and ...enriched faith without ignoring our deep human need for lament and grief? Grief can undo you. Let it also remake you. Tanya’s Sessions will be called Caring for the Carers and she will discuss a Biblical approach for caregivers to cultivate health and longevity while serving others well in a hurting and grieving world. You don’t want to miss this event! Click the link in our bio to register or visit www.tetheredtohope.com! See more

The power of an ultrasound A woman called us asking for the soonest available appointment, so we scheduled her for that afternoon. She arrived with a man and the two of them looked tense. During her intake it was discovered that her and the man in the lobby were engaged and were planning their wedding. She said that they had also made a plan to never have children. She had some medical conditions that led her to believe that she would never be able ...to get pregnant. She also said that her fiance had an appointment for that week to have a vasectomy. An appointment that had been on their calendar long before this day. She had taken a test at home that morning that was positive. So many emotions hit them at once. They decided that she would have an abortion. She said they truly did not want to have children. They needed her pregnancy to be confirmed here so they could proceed with abortion arrangements. Her test was positive at her appointment and she was seven weeks pregnant. Our nurse gave her an ultrasound that same day and while she was staring at her baby on the screen, she stayed quiet. She said that it was too much to take in. When her advocate asked if she would like her fiance to come back and see their baby, she said no. She said he did not want to be a father. He wanted her to have an abortion. She didn’t know how to process everything. Before she left, the nurse told her that she could come back and have another ultrasound here if she and her fiance changed their minds and to give us a call. When they left they looked like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders. A week later, she called us. She said that she and her fiance had time to process their pregnancy and that they have decided to parent. She said that he now wants to come in and be a part of another ultrasound. He wants the opportunity to see his baby on the screen. See more

This is something I've wanted to do locally here in Sydney for a long time, but Covid has helped us reimagine and go online (!!!) and I couldn't be more excited... to offer this beautiful remembrance service to bereaved families. Our prayer is that this simple Christian remembrance service will provide you space to grieve with hope. Together we will make time to lament, time to reflect, time to honor your baby, time to receive comfort from Jesus, time to give thanks that we’re not alone, andmost importantlytime to hope. Please join us on International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day (October 15). All the details can be found here (including a service program so you can see what to expect and who we're collaborating with): www.babylossremembrance.com Along with our wonderful team of contributors, we’re honored to serve you in your loss. With Hope, Adriel & Ryan Booker
