We are reassuring our workers that if they are sick, they are to stay home, their income will be protected; which means that our team does not feel pressure to keep their illness quiet and still come to work even though they should be at home. Our team will avoid contact with others if they know they are sick; which means you can feel assured we are doing our very best to protect your family and home. There are some specific measures you can expect when we are at your home: We will use floor protectors to prevent bringing in things on our shoes We will use work gloves and latex gloves at appropriate times and work to protect your surfaces We will use approved cleaning solutions to wipe down door handles and other surfaces that we have touched If you have a loved one in your home who is elderly or at-risk, if you notify us, per CDC guidelines our team will wear facemasks (even though they are healthy) to prevent inadvertently spreading germs in your home while they perform the critical service or installation We will answer all your questions about our people and our work processes We care about doing our best to take care of you and your home.
