Hi Monday This year is full of unexpected and uncomfortable events. It’s been a huge lesson in learning to adapt and get creative. While there are a million reasons that this year sucks, what’s one good thing that came out of it for you? For me, I’ve learned to slow down a bit and spend more time doing unproductive, restful things. I’ve always been inclined to pack my schedule WAY too full and burn out, so in some ways this has forced me to get comfortable with doing less....
