We got Chase to send a BPO Agent today, we submitted the file yesterday, that's a record. It's usually a two week turn around as a normal business standard, we did it in 24hours. Cudos to my Negotiation team, Yeah Diana!!!

Foreclosure Notice can be scary for homeowners, legal terms and official notice, but really it's just a way to inform you that you have less than 90days from the date of the notice, we can extend this time line by correctly approaching the bank. Our last client extended their foreclosure date up to 18 months..this is not the norm and not typical..it depends on the bank and the negotiator.

Closing on our newest deal, took 2 months to complete approved and sold. Schedule to close on April 15 2011, so the Seller's next step will be to fix their credit and get them back financial and credit ready to purchase another property in the next 12 months.
