This year has not gone the way anyone would have ever planned, but when does life ever really go as planned? Real Estate wasn’t part of my original plan and sometimes I still can’t believe I’m a Realtor. Sometimes what they say is true, You don’t find real estate, real estate finds you. (Okay I don’t know if anyone actually says that verbatim, but it’s true for me) Navigating through this crazy real estate market in 2020 has been up and down, upside down, forward, backward...s and back again. That’s pretty much life in a nutshell. I hear often about how people can’t wait until 2020 is over. Then maybe things will go back to normal. What really is normal though? The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is the ability to pivot. Pivot in business, relationships, exercise, travel, basically anything in life. We are at a time where comfort is out and discomfort is in. Our ability to adjust and pivot will expose the successful from the, well, not successful. What will you be?
