So many stories about the origins of the Barber's Pole. Which do you think is the most likely?

Shocky's has gone HOLLYWOOD! We were a set for an Indie film last wkend & Shocky herself had a few lines in the movie. I'll have some still shots to show soon. Hooray for Hollywood!
