I have been contemplating today the topics of self-care and self-love and thinking about how connected they are. I am starting this week with an intention to really focus on my self-care practices, especially nutrition, sleep and exercise. I can sometimes tend to focus more on mental/emotional/spiritual self-care and neglect the body.
