Nurture Massage Therapy

It has been a roller coaster of emotions. I miss my clients and my work. I have decided that I am going to start reaching out to all my clients individually to help with customized exercises and tips to help during this time. This will help for us to stay connected I also want everyone to remember mindfulness as we face these difficult times. Remember to see the positive in the situation. Remember self care, breathe and find light in every day. Think of this as extra time to do all those things you have put off. Accomplishing things can be your new daily achievements. Nurture Massage Therapy is currently closed due to the shelter in place mandate. I will be contacting those who have massages scheduled and will continue to keep clients updated. Please stay safe, breathe and take care of yourself and loved ones during this time of crisis ~ Sheri

After careful consideration, I have decided to cancel appointments through March 20th. The safety of my clients is important and I will continue to evaluate each week. If your appointment will be cancelled I will be sure to contact you. Thank you for your understanding and stay healthy & safe.
