Try a new hobby such as drawing, painting or working with clay will help restore your soul. 5. During unsettling times, get good counsel from trusted family or friends before making any major life changes that may send you down the wrong path. 6. Amid stressful times, get the nutrition that your body needs to function properly. 7. Finally, measure your time wisely. Once it is spent, it is a commodity that can’t be recovered. Use your time on ventures that will have an impact on people and society. Every breath is a special gift.
