This female came into our store and stole the air freshener (both the one sitting on top of the toilet and the plug in scented oil). This is the fourth time happening, we let go the first few times. She took a hat and an umbrella from our lost and found area which are NOT belong to her. She also tried to take money out from our tip jar. Fortunately it was unsuccessfully. We want to show it the public that we have zero toleration to those harmful and unacceptable behavior. Please do not take advantage of small business owner like us who try so hard to keep nice and clean restroom for our customers and putting up lost and found for customers who forgotten their belongings. We had already contacted local law enforcement. Should the suspect ever come into our store again, we will notify local law enforcement immediately.
