Day 3 in the books!! Weights today! I used 8lbs! Not to shabby, I'll work my way up. Loved the moves in this one because as your doing arms with the weights Shaun works legs , abs, basically all the body at the same time happy hump day , go get your workout on.. walking, running, TV(you can still join me btw), whatever it may be, just get your butt in gear.
