Oh man, it's too early in the month to already be behind! Day 6: I'm grateful for massage therapy. On Day 5 I had an annoying knot in my right shoulder that was... shooting all the way up my neck. We had an extern (student) working in the studio that day; she worked it for an hour & made great progress. She knew her classmate was coming in the following day, so said "I'm gonna tell him exactly what I found, & he can finish the job." So on Day 6, said classmate came in & spent another hour on it. I'm a new woman! Day 7: I'm thankful there's a cute new restaurant in town, Shangri-La Organic Kitchen. They have a mix of Indian, Nepali & Tibetan dishes. Love me some Momos! The Thali was really good too. And right now it's soft opening, so there's a 30% discount. We had a lovely chat with one of the partners. See more

Yay I am super excited ! I was desperately waiting to eat Mo:Mo at my own home town and now wait is over. Shangri-La Organic kitchen is open from today at San... Rafael, Down town . I eat two plates of Mo:Mo and it’s very delicious Shangri-la OrganicKitchen offers organic Nepalese food along with pizza , organic salad , local beers , wine and soju cocktails .
