Listen up, Shack Fam. We’re committed to getting our guests + our team to the polls! For our guests: If you’re a badged poll worker, stop by any Shack between 11/1 + 11/3 to grab a burger on us as a thank you.... We’re partnering with Pizza to the Polls + Uber Eats in select cities. Look for their food trucks serving up ShackBurgers and more to voters in long lines. For our team: We’re giving any team member who needs it 3 hours of extra paid time off to vote. For those voting IRL, we’re encouraging them to stay in line as long as they need. Team members who have volunteered to work the polls will receive 8 hours of paid time off.
