Shafter Recreation and Park District

We will begin taking baseball/softball registrations for ages 3-7 on February 6th - March 10th. This will be our T-ball, Coach Pitch, and Mechanical Arm division.... Registration for our Minors and Majors league of ages 8 - 8th grade will be from February 6th - March 31st. Don't miss out on the opportunity of signing up your child to play this season! ALL registrations will be taken at the District Office. Our hours are Monday- Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thank you all, and have a nice day!

Hello, Shafter! SRPD would like for you to join us at our annual EGG-stravaganza! Our event will begin tomorrow, Saturday the 15th, at 10:00 am and end around 1:00 pm! We will have lots of activities and egg hunting for the children! Including: Face painting, Whiffle ball, Tic-tac-toe, cornhole, a bounce house and we will raffle TWO bikes. This Saturday our Shafter Recreation Basketball All-Stars will be taking the court in the 2nd annual County Showdown tournament! Teams from all over the county will come to see if they can come take Shafter's Best! Come out and support your local boys and girlss! Games will begin at 8:00 am at the activity center.
