Shaffer Cottages

Over at our sister property, Historic Home Row, we will soon have a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom historic tiny home for rent. This cottage has been featured in local and national publications and in 2017 was one of five homes selected citywide to be on the Old Towne Preservation Association's home tour (yes people paid $25 to tour your next home). Feel free to DM me for specifics on the cottage and/or share/tag a friend.

Super proud to announce our next historic tiny cottage: a badass studio unit that will be called "Ted's Garage." Ya see Ted is an incredible human being who has lived 80 years in Old Towne and he has inspired me more than anyone in the city. The dude is my rock. A special place dedicated to a special man. I have spent over 150 hours designing what I think is gonna be something pretty darn unique. Trust me, creating a cool, useful tiny space out of the existing historical Shaffer Cottages garage that was never meant to be lived in hasn't been easy. And it won't be easy to build. But let's do this. I'm expecting building permits soon - let the fun begin. Special thanks to @deserve2preserve for creating the wonderful hand drawn, custom rendering (ya see, even a rendering needs to be cool and NOT computer generated).
