As everyone here in the valley knows we had a devistating fire at Shady oaks country inn two days ago. I first want to thank all of our friends who have been so supportive. It's so wonderful to know you are there for us. We lost both of our winery rooms and our garage with all of our personal stuff. We will get through this as we always do. We are good. The Napa valley is not burning. It's all around us but nothing in the valley. I know the media is making it crazy but it just isn't so. I am in the middle of the valley and nothing is burning. I see no flames and very little smoke. Come see us and I promise you you will have a great time John

Everyone is thinking we are burning. That's not true. The fires are miles away from us and the smoke is minimal right now. Yes the fires are all around us.
