Master Wolf with Shadow Husky Rescue, Inc. met our Transporter Kimberly Lara today in McFarley just above Bakersfield to hand off our Surrender Husky Koda from... Lodi. When I arrived at Koda’s new home in Oceanside today it took about 30 seconds to say we love her!! Foster to Adopter was the best news of the day for all of us, better to have a FOREVER HOME than be moved down the road with another family! Big thanks to Darcie Copeland with Spoofdawg To The Rescue, Inc. for supporting our Rescue with food and treats that I left on there table tonight! Huge help in saving lives to provide us with these items for our Rescued Huskies!! Stay Tuned for more updates on Koda, she was overwhelmed with all the room in the back yard to run around and the neighbors dogs welcoming her to the Neighbor Hood! Lol See more

UPDATE- FLYNN HAS BEEN REHOMED! Master Wolf with Shadow Husky Rescue, Inc. needs our Team now to help place Flynn/Odin a one of our Adopted Huskies in a loving... home. The owner went through a divorce loosing everything including his car! My heart is broken for sweet Flynn/Odin he is currently in San Clemente, sitting in a empty house by himself being fed and walked once a day! Time running out, please Text Me At - 949 290-3217 Here is what William said about Flynn - Flynn/Odin is 2.5 years old and is very well behaved. Doesn’t make much noise at all and is good with kids and other dogs. Unsure about cats. Fixed and shots up to date. Lost my house because of the devorce and he’s sitting alone most of the day in a empty home! He needs a family who will love him. He’s my world but he needs more than I can give right now. PLEASE SHARE!!! UPDATE - PUTTING FLYNN IN BOARDING TONIGHT!!

Master Wolf with Shadow Husky Rescue, Inc. set up a Meet and Greet last October with Troy, a 6 year old Male husky Surrendered to us by a family up in Tehachapi...! Jennifer Hedgecock out of Aliso Viejo fell in love on the spot and Adopted Troy! Here is what Jennifer sent us today - Hi Tim-- I adopted Troy from a family on October 17 and just want to confirm that he is the best most loving companion. He goes with me practically everywhere. He is a regular at the Laguna Beach Dog Park, goes hiking with me, enjoys Heisler Park--but does not care much for the beach as we learned. I am so thankful to the family that let me adopt him and Shadow Husky Rescue for taking him in. Shadow Husky Rescue receives 15 to 20 calls a day from families surrendering there Huskies! We can’t save them all, but the one we do save, will Change Your Life Forever!! PS - Just ask Jennifer!

Update 10/27/20: Aliki is doing great at his foster Skylar Flood's loving home. He loves to cuddle on the bed and play with the Floods' huskie and other dogs.... We tallied up the bills (attached) which totaled $1,051.24. Aliki is on a combination of Keppra, phenobarbital and another med and we're still trying to get midazolam. We very much appreciate any prayers, shares and contributions toward Aliki's care. We love this boy soooooooooooooooo much. XOXOXOXO Update 10/25/20: Aliki seems to be doing well on his changed meds. We have not tallied the final bill because we are still searching for a pharmacy to fulfil a prescription for one vial of Midazolam (have checked vets and hospitals and human pharmacies) - but so far we are in excess of $1,000. Any and all contributions help. Our donation page from our website is as follows: https://www.shadowhuskyrescue.com/donate Update: Aliki was discharged from VCA this morning with new prescriptions for meds. After trying frantically to locate pharmacies that could dispense the meds we finally got some temporary meds for the next 2 days and the rest will be available tomorrow. Thank you immensely to Skylar Flood Robin Flood and their daughter Jaedynn. Mama Wolf had the privilege of going to the Floods to check in and Aliki gave her a kiss. Although we used our credit card, we're not sure how much the final bill was but will update tomorrow. Thank you very much for your support and prayers. Aliki rescued from the LA Baldwin shelter in January 2020 has had 3 grand mal seizures today. His foster took him the California Veterinary Specialists in Murrieta. As most of you know, Aliki was adopted in March by a loving wonderful husky owner but she had back surgery last week and today's her birthday. She is in for a long recovery so Aliki came back to us a couple weeks ago and he is with another wonderful loving foster family (who fostered him before he was adopted). This year Aliki has been to the VCA-Tustin in March and June-Sonoma County for seizures. This is his 3rd time. After a 2 hour wait in the parking lot, the vet techs just took him into the hospital. We are in for a long night. Please keep Aliki in your prayers. #shadowhuskyrescue #huskyrescue #husky #adoptdontshop #siberianhusky #dog #huskylovers #huskiesofinstagram #malamute #alaskanmalamute #northernbreed #huskies #siberianhuskies #adoption #rescue #savealife #dogrescue

Master Wolf with Shadow Husky Rescue received these two beautiful Bonded Huskies that need to be Rehomed! Kota the male is a 8 year old and Nina the female red... and white is 4 years old. Cheyenne’s Post said, these two are very Bonded and need to stay together! Here is what Cheyenne said about these two beauties!! - Here are a couple of the most recent pictures of them. Kota is the bigger Malamute / Husky mix and Nina is the red one. They're well traveled doggos. They've been on countless hikes, been to countless dog parks as well as dog beaches. They are super friendly and love attention. They haven't been around infants but we have neighbor kids who are pretty young that have come over and sat on the grass with them and pet them. They're not vicious by any means the female husky can just be possessive at times over her food or possibly water or toys when it comes to our other females. She never crosses Kota here, they're very in sync. They CAN NOT be around cats or chickens or possibly other small animals like goats or mini horses. They have a very high prey drive. They love to be outside and they also enjoy coming in and being with their humans. They're both kennel trained and potty trained. The only times that either one of them has been escape artists when was they were either separated or when I first met my husband and they were in the back yard pretty much round the clock. They're definitely not happy if they are just thrown in the backyard. They live in Valley Center in San Diego County and we need a Adopter for them as soon as possible!! Please Text Me At - 949 290-3217 A 250.00 Rehome Adoption Fee for both of them will be needed along with the Adoption Form. Both are fixed and updated on shots. Home check and a video of your fencing and gates will be required as will. Let’s get these two in a loving home now!!

Master Wolf with Shadow Husky Rescue just received this super sweet Two Year Old male husky Bandit that’s been through a bad situation! Jose’s older sister’s f...riend owned Bandit and gave him up to Jose. Unfortunately he is in a Apartment and they told him he couldn’t keep him there! Jose spent 7,000 dollars fixing Bandits leg and hip. Bandit loves kids other dogs and get this, cats too!! Unbelievable! Here is what happened told by Jose- So the original owner was from riverside , he dropped bandit off in Gardena . We took him to shelter to find his family . The shelter called us 15 days later saying the family didn’t want him and he was ripping his hairs from his tail off because of stressed . We adopted him to find him a better home . When we found the home , the new owner took care of him for 4 hours then bandit ran away and got hit . The owner told me he didn’t want the dog anymore . Keep in mind we were doing the paper work that same day . My girlfriends sister can’t keep him because the dad doesn’t want another dog , he doesn’t want to give him the chance . Despite my girlfriend and her sister constantly telling him he will get better he is telling them no non stop . NEED A FOSTER OR ADOPTER!! PLEASE TEXT ME AT - 949 290-3217 This boy won’t last long, he is the Bees Knees in Huskies and will need rest for his leg and hip to recover! LETS DO THIS TEAM!!
