Here at Shadalane, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, and keeping the dogs happy and healthy. To all of our Shadalane extended family, we hope you are safe and well during these uncertain times. Alex is running the facility and office, and he and the staff that live on the ranch, are caring for and spoiling the dogs. Shelley is working remotely from home. Alan is off site until this pandemic is settled. We are here for you and continue to answer calls at (760) 295-2222 and emails at [email protected]. Thank you, and our sincerest wishes for the health and safety of all.

Maxwell, the dog for all seasons and reasons!! Doesn't he look so sweet, gentle and loving? You can tell that his parents shower him with adoration, what a wonderful family! Here is what Maxwell's family had to say... Maxwell is a Shadalane Golden. He will be turning 4 years old in March and he is simply the sweetest, most loving, playful boy ever. David and I brought him home when he was about 7 months old ... he went through some training with Nate and Shelly and he even tr...ied out doing a dog show once with the Shadalane team at Del Mar ... needless to say he wasn’t much into it but he does now love his work with Love on a Leash. We work with the SD North County Coastal Chapter and the Lake Havasu Chapter. Maxwell excels when it comes time to his visits... he shines! He loves the elderly, the kids, the special needs children and everyone in between. It is always so rewarding to go on visits and to see how much Maxwell impacts peoples lives through therapy (the simple touch of a dog) and the love he gives is so touching. Here are a few pics from some of our visits... Maria Besides working with Love on a Leash he loves all different kinds of activities ... ball time, beach time, relaxing, boating, swimming, golf, and just running errands in the car with his head out the window. He is truly my side kick and my life just wouldn’t be the same without him. My heart is full because of Maxwell. Maria He has a Siberian Forest cat as a little brother and they are best friends too. See pic Maria So thanks to the Shadalane team for bringing Maxwell into the world and into our life and hearts
