Happy birthday to Barbara Kruger, #bornonthisday in 1945! You can use artworks by Kruger in your classrooms to explore relationships between image and text.
It seems fitting on #EducationDay to acknowledge beloved San Francisco artist and staunch advocate for art education, Ruth Asawa who was #BornOnThisDay in 1926.
