We collaborating with @serwinery Winemaker and surfer Nicole Walsh has created an artisanal winery in #SantaCruz, #California specializing in varietal, vineyard designate, old world style wines, produced in a natural way t...o allow the expression of their varietal character and the vineyards from which they are sourced. 100% Vermentino 100% Cedar Lane Vineyard grapes from #ArroyoSeco, California 13% alcohol Vineyard Notes Cedar Lane Vineyard is located in the Arroyo Seco appellation of the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. Soils are well drained, river bed gravelly loam. Cool climate, impeccable farming producing balanced vines and incredible fruit. Winemaking Notes Whole cluster pressed to stainless steel tank to begin primary fermentation. The wine was transferred mid way through fermentation to neutral French oak puncheon (500L). Partial malolactic fermentation, aged 8 months in barrel prior to bottling. Tasting Notes Citrus, mineral with slight marine character define this wine.
