Mini-Grants for FY 2019-2020 up to $5,000 Available Now! The Richmond Community Services Department (CSD) is accepting mini-grant applications to support organi...zations that are Richmond-serving and that partner with and/or consistently utilize facilities managed by the Community Services Departments. Grants up to $5,000 are available to support organizational programming and/or projects that make use of the CSD’s aquatic centers, community centers, parks, and the convention center and can encompass programming around youth sports leagues and teams, special events, educational forums and classes, recreational classes, stipends, CSD facility rental fee payments, and overall community enrichment.
