Received this wonderful letter today. This makes my heart melt! September 25, 2020 Anna and Jason,... I wanted to take this time to sit down and put in writing my thoughts. Tuesday early evening the main water supply line into my house burst. It was a very stressful time for my husband trying to turn off the main line at the curb. This started his tailspin. On my part, I was trying to find a company to get here as soon as possible to deal with the tremendous amount of water flooding the front yard, not to mention the side yard. All I could do was Google 'Plumbers', and up popped your number. When I called, I talked with Rebecca, and then it was smooth sailing. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She knew how stressed I was, and reassured me the Technician would get here. Thank her for me. I cannot remember the time when John showed up, but he immediately found the problem. Got it analyzed, called in to schedule the repair for the morning, and gave me the quote....which, by the way, I found to be very reasonable. Thank him for me. The following morning my husband had passed away suddenly around 6am. I found him on the floor in the bedroom. Such a shock, and now more stress. I did call your company after the EMTs and Police left, and asked if the repair team could hurry it up! Was assured that they would arrive in due time. Always very polite and professional personnel on the phone calls. The Team headed up by Rueben were just the BEST! I acknowledged them at the door, and told them that my husband had passed suddenly that morning. The next thing I hear is the doorbell ringing, and Reuben is presenting me with a bouquet of White Carnations with Sunflowers. My heart melted. It was one of the most thoughtful moments in my lifetime. Please thank them again for me. Now....as far as the repair work. It has to go without saying, your company has the BEST Technicians, with the BEST Professional attitude. They made sure this was fixed and repaired right.
