STOP Restoration is seeking experienced and reliable Senior/Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing company. STOP Restoration provides services to residential and commercial properties that are damaged by water, mold, fire, smoke, etc. We are committed to bringing peace of mind to home and business owners through quality services and professionalism. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Planning, organizing and performing water/fire/smoke/mold restoration and cleaning work at customer sites. Tracking and maintaining equipment and supplies. Documentation of work and communication to management. Supervising and working with labor. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior industry experience (water, mold, fire, and cleaning). Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, industry professionals, and customers. Ability to handle challenging clients and situations. Ability to document and track related production data, using both hardcopy and related software programs. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Industry Certification (IICRC, etc.) a PLUS. Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to follow written and verbal directives. Must have strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. Must be customer-focused. Must display a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems. Strong leadership skills and ability to function independently.
