It has come to our attention that a person named Luca Bridgman, aka Vincent B. Ho, aka Magdalaine Eliza Gillet, etc., etc., is misrepresenting himself (yet again) as speaking for Serena's family and the co-Executors of her will. This is absolutely not the case. This person has been repeatedly caught causing problems, harrasing others, and misrepresenting himself as having been helping us, or disseminating information for us on our behalf. He has NOT been helping us, was never asked to help, nor was this "help" anything but harmful to others. He has multiple FB accounts, and pretends to be others often. The misrepresentation has risen to harassment, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Today, I learned that one of the hybrids Serena and I used to help Loreon with, Mystery, has passed away. Here is a video of us playing with them in Loreon's study. https://youtu.be/8GqTzfBB1WQ Serena was also quite ill in this video with her ED, which is why she is so bundled up, but we loved to take these trips to the Oasis together, and enjoyed every purple bruise the little monsters gave us from play time, with their immense jaw pressure. They look about the size of an a...dult domestic cat here, but they are just kittens, with all the bone crunching potential that Servils are born with to catch prey in the African wilds. Mystery lived much longer than her brother Mystic (whose name changed a few times after that, before he was given a new home). He passed away before the age of three. Their elder brother was Magic, who was also part of a litter of two from the same mother, Miracle (also long gone). His infant sister passed away early, as is the case with exotic litters of two often enough, where one has a failure to Thrive. Magic was smart, funny, ferocious, but also a gentle giant when it came to those of us he knew. He died after Mystic, but many years ago. Mystery had a wonderful spunky personality, but was more aggressive than Magic and Mystic combined. Prior to Loreon's passing, we could handle her easily and she often came immediately when called in her enclosure. She did not like the domestic that Loreon had put in with her and the others to breed. His name was Catsanova. If I recall, he was part Chausie, and may have been from the line that had given Serena Selket. I'm probably wrong on the lineage detail, however. Disliking her arranged courtship, Mystery withdrew and began exhibiting defense mechanism signs that she absolutely did not want him--or the others--around anymore. Lilith, the Priestess and friend who was doing cat care was also leaving, and there was a long gap in behavior follow up care for Mystery. Then Loreon passed away... Mystery grieved. I surmise it was compiled grief, from all the loss she had suffered. Like many of the other animals--cats and birds--she withdrew and became very edgy and agitated. She did not respond to play or positive stimuli for a very, very long time. But eventually she bounced back, and became happy once again. I will miss her spunky spirit, and her loving, inner ways. I am hoping she is up there with Serena, playing and cuddling, just as she did with us, long ago.

Hello friends - I know you are anxious for news, and many of you have contacted me personally to learn if there is any update. I have spoken to Marc, and the investigation of her autopsy is still open, so we do not have a cause of death at this time. Rest assured, we are vigilant, and our beloved Serena is in our hearts and prayers. I promise to let you know when we have the facts. A memorial at Isis Oasis Sanctuary is still in the works when it is safe and legal to gather. ...I know it is easy to sink into depression and despair over not knowing. Serena would not have wanted this, as someone who battled clinical depression herself, and knew its pitfalls. We must look forward to a time when we can celebrate her life together in person. That too, is uncertain, with the pandemic crisis, and political turmoil around the world. One thing is certain: Serena was an optimist. We cannot change what has happened, or the reasons for it. We can, through factual information, one day understand it better. I have mixed feelings about that day, as I am sure you all do. It will come. When it does, I hope you will all have a rainbow candle ready to light in her honor, secure in whatever knowledge those facts bring, so we might put this sadness to rest, as final grieving begins. You were all very important to her. Her friends were everything. As she thought of you all with love and kindness, please continue to send her friends, family, and beautiful spirit that love and kindness, so she too may rest in peace. with great respect, Rainy
