Hi all, With the Corona Virus (COVID-19) officially being declared a pandemic, and President Trump declaring a National State of Emergency today, we at RDK Apple Valley are doing all that we can to keep our students, parents, and instructors safe and healthy. Here are the ways we are doing our part We increased the amount of times we sanitize our high traffic areas from before we open and after we close, to every hour or as needed... As much as we love our students we won’t be high fiving our doing any practices that involve being within arms distance of each other. We will be doing courtesy bows, and air 5's We will be encouraging our students to cover their mouth and noses when they cough/sneeze We also have hand sanitizer at the front desk for everyone to use We will also be limiting contact training such as sparring. There are plenty drills and forms we can work on with out having to come in direct contact If you or your child is sick with any type of illness please STAY HOME.
