I first met Jacee about four years ago. She came in on a short film I was casting and she gave a great audition that made an impression on me. She got very close to booking it. I took notes on her and kept her photo. I later brought her in on a different project, and again, same thing -- she got super c...lose to getting it! Well, that put her on my "must find something for" list, which means I will not rest until we finally get to collaborate. Time went by, as it tends to do. Then Jeff Gould's new play came up and I went to my lists and archives. This time the contact info I had for her no longer worked -- yikes (a CD's nightmare)! But I was determined, so I went into detective mode and tracked her down via social media. I find her, bring her in, and bam -- she's perfect, of course! Third time was indeed the charm for my sweet Jacee Jule! Jacee is beautiful, fun, funny, generous, nuanced, detailed, and she loves an acting challenge. Her craft and work ethic are exquisite and I simply adore her as a person, actor and friend.
