As you may have heard, the IRS has extended both the income tax payment and filing date to July 15, 2020. With this announcement, and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Governor's stay home order, I contacted the county authorities and asked whether my business would fall under one of the critical infrastructure sectors that could remain open. I know that many of my clients have not yet filed their taxes and may be waiting on their refund to get them through this di...fficult and uncertain time, so I advocated to keep my doors open. For the time being, my office will remain open; however, I will adjust my office hours (see below). Should I be forced to close my doors, I will be available via phone (760-966-1099) and email ([email protected]) throughout this ordeal.
