This is from a different post....where a family paid for a room for another family at one of our local hotels in Roseville. Local friends: Please clear out yo...ur closets ASAP to donate to fire evacuees staying in Roseville. Pasted from a private group: The Five Marriott properties in Roseville have close to 50 families who evacuated from the Camp Fire currently staying there. They are accepting donations. DONATIONS for #CampFire. We just secured Courtyard by Marriott Roseville as a drop off place. 1920 Taylor Rd Roseville. Clothes: New and used ( they will wash) Toys Toiletry items Gift cards Non- perishable snacks and food items Anything you can think of. They have many families staying at all of their Roseville facilities. Both Court Yards, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, and Homewood Suites. The Marriott Courtyard 1920 Taylor Rd. Location will be the ONE location for all of their guests who are evacuees. The Marriott staff is amazing and providing some meals. Would be amazing if some local restaurants were able to provide food for the 50 families.
