The sun is setting on another year. As you all know this year has been full of ups & downs. We’ve had to make lots of decisions over the course of the year that were heartbreaking (shutting down) or rewarding (our new patio!). But no matter what road we went down, you were along for the ride. We already knew we had the best customers in the world, but this year really proved it to us! We are so grateful for each & every one of you & how you’ve stuck by our side through it ...all! We can’t thank you enough! Meet a member of the Sea Chest crew! Hi, Jose! Jose’s favorite pastime activity is raising sheep & other farm animals with his daughter & son. An item on his bucket list is to go to the Netherlands. His favorite place in the world is the San Simeon pier. When Jose isn’t cooking at the restaurant, you can find him running his own painting business! His favorite thing about the Sea Chest is that his horizons have been broadened by the encounters he’s had with the multitude of customers & their many personalities & life experiences. Meet a member of the Sea Chest crew! Hi, Mary! Some of Mary’s favorite pastime activities include running on the gorgeous Cayucos Bluffs or participating in a game night! One day, she hopes to travel to Ireland. Her favorite place in the world is the San Simeon cove. When Mary isn’t at the Sea Chest, you can find her at Cayucos Elementary where she works full time as the school’s secretary! Her favorite thing about the Sea Chest is the family-like atmosphere. We started this a few months ago, but it started to fall away because you know, life (and covid) gets in the way. SO! We’re going to give it a shot again, and will be re-posting some of the first crew members we introduced. So. Without further ado Meet a member of the Sea Chest crew! Hi, Steve! Steve’s favorite pastime activity is coaching sports. An item on his bucket... list is to hike the Grand Canyon. His most treasured place in the world is Dodger Stadium. When Steve isn’t working, you can find him participating in charity work around Cambria. One thing that he loves about the Sea Chest is the interaction with all of the amazing customers who walk through the door!
