Dear Sea Shipping Line customers, Sea Shipping has been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 as it affects our customers and our employees. Currently, local and national authorities are increasingly applying travel and other restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus which potentially impact company operations as well as customer production and supply chains. Although we cannot control the virus, we are taking steps to minimize risk to our employees, customers, vendors and ...our operations. When the virus began spreading, Sea Shipping issued instructions to our offices and employees advising them of the procedures recommended by the CDC and other health professionals. At this time, we have no evidence of COVID-19 in any of our operations. We have also restricted travel or attendance at any large gatherings until further notice. Our primary concern is ensuring the safety of our employees and our customers. Sea Shipping Line will remain fully operational. All office employees are fully enabled to work remotely to maintain business continuity even if office closure is required by local authorities. All our offices are closely monitoring the local situation but whether we are working from our offices or from home, we will continue to serve our customers. Please contact any of our offices for any questions or concerns. We are committed to supporting you and your business in the best possible way throughout this challenging situation. Happy Holidays! Wishing You Peace, Love, and Joy this Holiday Season and Throughout 2020! Over the past 25 years our industry has changed dramatically. Digital data transmission and storage have replaced paper copies and file cabinets. Emails, texts and instant messages have replaced phone calls. Video chat has replaced personal visits. This interconnectedness has condensed our world yet our distance from each other has increased because of these electronic and impersonal com...munications. Sea Shipping has grown through the changing environment by adopting best practices in technology and productivity. However we still believe that personal contact and relationships are the most important value we offer our customers. Our phones are still answered by our employees and our staff is always accessible and ready to help. Above all, we never forget that we wouldn’t exist without the support of our customers, our vendors and our fellow employees. On behalf of all of us at Sea Shipping, we want to thank all of you for your support and wish you a happy holiday season and joyous and prosperous New Year. Frank Rosenberg
