So Junior thru down the gauntlet last week and said Senior wouldn't be winning anytime soon. So you can all imagine how shocked we were when Senior came out to win this morning!! Haha sorry junior but you will never live this video down

It has been a busy week at work. Even our four legged employees are down for the count.

This Wednesday Sr. definitely won. Below is his experience playing St. Andrews in Scotland. Yesterday, March 29, 2016 will be remembered as one of the best days in my golfing life. Playing a round of golf at St Andrews, The Old Course. Not knowing if I would get a tee time, showed up then found out I was to tee off with the first time of the day! Perfect!... Then throughout the trip watching the weather and it was not looking good, but as the day arrived i was greeted with blue skies and a gentle breeze, Perfect! Than my caddie, Peter Nelson, made the walk around the course even better with his sense of humor and good personality, perfect! After driving the green on #9, I had a 60 foot or so putt, I figured, just get it close for a good chance for a birdie. As I watched the putt role, it just kept tracking and rolling. I knew it was going to close, but as the ball ran out of steam, it was on the edge and deciding to drop in! Getting an eagle on Hole #9, Perfect. Playing the iconic #17 and almost getting a birdie, perfect! Getting to walk across the Swilken bridge on 18, seeing it so many times on tv and finally getting to do that myself, perfect! Getting to the 18th green and a lot of people/tourist watching us finish, then looking off towards the pavilion and seeing my wife, Tina Crum Norby their taking photos, then hearing my sisters, Kirsten Norby and Annelise McMullen cheering me on seeing how happy of a day it was for me, perfect! Writing this post the next day with tears in my eyes remembering how everything that day could not have gone better, perfect! Lesson learned, work hard, give of yourself to others your very best and life will reward you with incredible memories! PERFECT. PERFECT. PERFECT

On Friday's we like to look back on the week and pick a special project. This week we started printing with our uv printer again and have to say we are very pleased with the results. This printer can print full color on most flat surfaces. The picture below was shows printing directly onto a crystal piece. Stop by our showroom to see other examples. Bragging rights go to SR. this week. Let's see if Jr. can reclaim the belt before Sr. goes out of town. Check in next week for the next battle for the belt.

Last night we were recognized as Small Business Retailer of the Year by our industry. We are honored and grateful to not only be awarded this by the APA but by a group of our peers in the industry. We have not only met other businesses throughout the years but made lifelong friends and Jr and Gabby look forward to carry on the Norby name in this industry for many years to come. Congratulations Sr you have earned it!!!!!

As you all know we at SDTrophy love golf, one of the best moments in golf is getting a hole in one. Sr designed these hole in one shadow boxes as a cool and elegant way to remember and display that special moment. Happy Friday and Hope everyone has a good weekend!!!

For our Motivation Monday post Jr and I (Gabby) want to Congratulate our parents on 30 years of marriage!! Not only have you set a firm foundation rooted in family and love but you continue to teach us both to work hard but also to not take life to seriously.
