Talk It Out is back for the upcoming spring semester! Here is a message from our @sdsucounseling therapist Chandler: We all have those days that feel like a drag or a struggle. Sometimes, you might feel as if you just can't find the answers. If you feel like you're in a strange place and need to talk it out with someone, come see me, Chandler, at the CIR. I'm one of the counselor's working at C&PS and have dedicated some time in my week for students to come in for a quick an...d confidential talk. From school stress to family trouble, I will make sure you feel heard and understood. Talk it out is a short consultation, and is not a replacement for individual counseling, but can be a great space to process a recent experience that left you feeling kind of blah. My primary Identity revolves around being a Millenial Black Male who seeks to be compassionate and understanding withall people he meets.
