Someone has spoofed my phone number and now using it to try and scam people.... Please know that I will never place random calls to drum up business and I only return calls from those who've called me first. It saddens me that this has happened. I've reported the matter to police and to my carrier.

I have been busy taking care of people in the hospital and over Telehealth. I’ve been seeing a lot of Anxiety and fear due to these uncertain times with Covid-19. The STOP technique can help you regain your sense of calm. (if only for a moment...) 1. S= stop for just a moment and reflect, what is going on here, in this moment? 2. T= take a breath. Breathe in and out... Can you track your breath? Can you sense your chest rising and falling? 3. O=observe your experience. Pay attention to where you feel your breath in your body. Observe your emotions and notice if they are aligned with the facts of your situation. 4. P=proceed. Move forward with your day or meeting or event in a way that is right for you and your values.
